Junior Football at Ormiston Utd comprises grades U10, U11 and U14 Grades.
Junior grade teams play on Saturday mornings. There are two options for games for the 10th to 14 th Grade depending on how much you are prepared to travel and the amount of training your children can commit to.
Northern Region Football (NRF) Travelling Teams: Players can participate in inter-club competitions, so will have both home and away games. Generally games kick off between 9am and 12pm and later for older teams, but this may vary from week to week depending on location and field availability.
The football season will play over term 2 and term 3 of the school calendar. Start date is the end of April / beginning of May and will finish at the end of September. There will be no football over the first two weekends of the July school holidays but there will be football on the last weekend of the holidays.
Grading is strictly based on the year of birth: (2026 Season):
- U10 Grade- Turning 10 in 2026 (born 2016)
- U11 Grade- Turning 11 in 2026 (born 2015)
- U12 Grade- Turning 12 in 2026 (born 2014)
- U13 Grade- Turning 13 in 2026 (born 2013)
- U14 Grade- Turning 14 in 2026 (born 2012)
Team Kits
All players should wear Orimston Utd playing shirt, shorts and socks. The first 50 enrolments will receive a free*playing kits, all others can be purchased online via our shop. It is recommended that shin pads are worn.
