Summer Academy | 2026 Term 4 | Open to all players of all levels
The EAF Academy is designed to support players on their pathway towards Ormiston United for the 2027 season.
The Academy focuses on players in the Skill Acquisition Phase, helping them develop their core football skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Our goal is to provide players with the tools and experience they need to take the next step in their football journey.
The Academy is open to players who have a strong desire to improve and develop their football and futsal.
10-Week Programme
Each player can choose up to two on-field sessions and one indoor session per week, delivered across 9/10-week programme with the opportunity for Youth Academy members to play leagues games though-out the term for both indoor futsal and outdoor football.
DATES: Between 12 October – 18 December 2026
DAYS: Training sessions will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, depending on the programme and age group.
LOCATIONS: Ormiston Primary & Greenmount Park & multiple indoor locations

APL at Maclean's College- Sunday morning games & Wednesday night training
- Wednesday Training (Monday training avalible too) at Greenmount 5.45pm & league game at Maclean College.
- $225.00 (including playing top) or $285.00 for 2 training sessions and APL game - Players will go onto a wait-list and be contacted individually, as space is limited.
Futsal league at Auckland Netball Centre (Allison Ferguson Drive, St Johns)- Sunday training & Thursday games
- Sunday night training at Farm Cove School & league games (Games and training start from 4.15pm / 5.15pm).
- $145.00 (including Futsal playing top, discount for the Napier players) - Players will go onto a wait-list and be contacted individually, as space is limited.

⭐ Free Adidas Training Top ⭐
The Academy training top is included with the programme (1 free top per player).
All players registered for the Academy are required to wear the official Academy training shirt at every session.
The Academy training shirt can be collected at the first session. Extra shirts can be purchased through your EAFA.nz login profile.

Key Elements of the EAF Academy
- Mini, Junior & Youth Academy: Up to 3 contacts per week — 2 outdoor and 1 indoor session.
